Day 2. Kakheti
Breakfast. On the way to Telavi lies a beautiful serpentine - Gomborskiy pass (100 km). Continuation to the village of Kisishevi, in which the Chateau of Schuchmann is located. After inspecting the production of the winery you will be offered a traditional Georgian dinner with wine tasting from the grapes of Georgian varieties Saperavi, Mtsvane and Kishi. Then you will visit the architectural complex of Gremi, the capital of the Kakheti Kingdom of the 16th century. At the end of the day, a trip to the "Wine Cellar of the Twins" in the village of Napareuli, where the wine is made in the traditional Georgian way, keeping it in clay pots of Kvevri. Day 3. Mtskheta - Uplistsikhe

Sightseeing of the main sights: the Church of the Holy Cross (Javari), the 4th century, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - the 11th century, one of the main cathedrals of the Georgian Orthodox Church, in the place of which, according to legend, the chiton of Christ was buried and the cedar that became sacred. Samtavro is also located here (the first half of the 11th century), the oldest working women's monastery, the Shio-Mgvim Monastery, a 6th-century mountain man's monastery, famous for its cave dug-out by the hands of monks.
One of the first cities of Georgia, carved into the rock is Uplistsikhe. The city emerged in the late II - early I millennium BC. E., is a multilayer archaeological site, one of the most important monuments of Georgian culture. The uniqueness of the monument lies in the fact that, thanks to its structure, it retains the remains of architectural and religious buildings built over several millennia. In the heyday Uplistsikhe included more than 700 caves and cave structures, of which only 150 have survived to this day .. Day 4. Borjomi-Akhaltsikhe

The monastery of St. Spiridon of the Trimifunt X century is very popular. The church of St. George, located in a small village near Borjomi - Daba, is also very popular. Annually August 28, the Temple of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary In Timotesubani (XII century) becomes a place of pilgrimage for Christian believers. It should be noted that in Borjomi and its environs there are about two hundred historical monuments of the late Middle Ages. On the river Mtkvari (Kura) you can go rafting. The level of complexity here is average, the day of beginners will fit just right. Professionals are instructing before each rafting, so there's nothing to be afraid of. Here is one of the largest national parks in Europe - Borjomi-Kharagaur. It occupies almost 8% of the entire country. Due to its diversity of geographical and ecological zones, it is unique. There are many historical monuments, rich flora and fauna.
The fortress Rabat, dating from the 9th century, was recently completely restored and given its original appearance. The territory of Rabati covers about seven hectares, where there are samples of Georgian, Turkish and Russian architecture.
